Fees
I do not participate in any insurance plans but will provide the necessary forms to submit for out of network benefits. I am willing to slide my fee scale if it is necessary to make the care affordable.
Payments
Following each session, I will send a Square invoice via email. You can pay the invoice with cash, check, or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
I reserve the right to charge for missed appointments without prior notification.
